The three properties are all located in the picturesque village of Staintondale, Staintondale is a small village and civil parish in the Scarborough district of North Yorkshire, England. The village is situated 7 miles (11km) North West of Scarborough town centre and fishing port, which has a large retail centre, two sandy beaches and castle ruins. The properties are within a short driving distance of three different pubs that all serve fresh food and ales all day. The village is also 13 miles (21km) from Whitby, which has an ancient port with a fascinating history, a ruined abbey and a working harbour. It also has sandy beaches, donkey rides and lots of rock pools, not forgetting some of the best fish and chips in the world.
